Music in the church of St. Andrews

 

Their is a qualified choir (Chor des Görresgymnasiums und der Andreaskirche), an excellent organ and a lot of events, that make music life at St. Andrews significant. Since 1991 the catholic parish of St. Andrews together with the dominican convent invite for a concert every sunday afternoon (usually: 16h30) in the serie "Die Sonntagsorgel in St. Andreas". There are certain special concerts in the serie "Sonderkonzerte". While costs of these concerts are carried completely by voluntarely gifts, at the end of every concert we ask for your donation. Those who want to do more, are invited to transfer to our account (Nota: Kirchenmusik).
